However, all individual employees have important responsibility towards HSE and must participate in regular training to comply with and support the Policy. Supervision and information are frequently provided to encourage and enable all employees in carrying out their duties in support of HSE.
In addition to training and supervision, regular inspection and monitoring of activities is undertaken and accidents or incidents are investigated promptly so that appropriate action is taken to prevent reoccurrence.
